Since May 25, 2018 applies the new General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 which establishes rules on the protection, processing and free movement of personal data of natural persons, and which applies directly to all entities handling such data in any Member State of the European Union.

Our records includes data that was obtained during your contractual relationship established with us and following the various interactions with STHENOS BOX Benfica.

If you want to keep your data and the information that STHENOS BOX Benfica has stored, you do not have to do anything.

In addition to the situations in which we treat data to comply with legal requirements, we treat your data for the following purposes:
• Provision of services - Whenever necessary, and to provide you with our services, we will process your personal data. In addition to this purpose, your data will also be processed to provide third party services, considering that you have expressly consented it.
• Marketing purposes - Your personal data, activity log, profile and/or consumption details will likewise be treated for the purposes of marketing or dissemination of offers on goods or services provided by STHENOS BOX Benfica, if you have authorized it. These communications are intended to inform you of news, promotions, campaigns and other opportunities that you may benefit from.

STHENOS BOX Benfica will only retain your personal data during the period necessary for the provision of services, respective billing and compliance with legal obligations.

Your personal data may be communicated to STHENOS BOX Benfica's service providers for the purpose of providing services and to judicial, tax and regulatory authorities for the purpose of complying with legal requirements.

At any time, by using the APP, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as, within the legal terms of the contract and Regulation, to change them, oppose to their treatment, decide on the automated treatment, withdraw consent and exercise any other rights established by law (except when the data is indispensable for the provision of services by STHENOS BOX Benfica, therefore of mandatory provision, or for compliance with legal obligations to which STHENOS BOX Benfica is entitled). If you withdraw your consent, this does not compromise the lawfulness of the treatment made up to that date. You have the right to be notified, under the terms of the Regulation, if there is a violation of your personal data, and you can submit complaints to the authorities.

We guarantee all the rights enshrined in the Regulation. For this purpose, you can access your client area quickly, conveniently and securely through the APP and there perform any operation you wish: add/change/delete your personal data; add/delete a photo to your public profile; export and download your personal data; export and download your data regarding the workout history and attendance; make changes to your privacy preferences; make changes to the emails you want to receive; cancel and permanently delete your account.

We are committed to the protection and confidentiality of your personal data. We have taken the technical and organizational measures necessary to comply with the Regulation, ensuring that the processing of your personal data is lawful, fair, transparent and limited to the authorized purposes. We adopted the measures we consider appropriate to ensure the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data as well as all other rights you may have.

Internal Regulation The provisions of this regulation apply to the box, with the name STHENOS.FIT Benfica, binding all those who frequent it, namely its customers and without prejudice to the special rights and duties provided for in the contracts signed between the customer and RACIOACROBÁTICO LTD. owner of the STHENOS.FIT Benfica brand. Strict observance of the provisions of the Regulation is essential for the healthy coexistence of all customers and for the proper functioning of the box, for which everyone`s collaboration is grateful. Users are considered members who have paid the registration fee and who have paid their monthly fees within the deadlines determined for this purpose. The interruption of payment of monthly fees determines the end of all rights and benefits enjoyed as a member. All users are covered by this regulation, which is considered accepted from the moment of their registration. I. REGISTRATION CONDITIONS AND ACCESS TO THE GYM FACILITIES 1. Access to the gym is subject to the membership and usage PACK chosen by the customer. 2. The registration is non-transferable, unique and for life, as long as you pay all the monthly fees. 3. Fees are not transferable in whole or in part from month to month. 4. Registration, insurance, as well as monthly, quarterly, semi-annual training payments are non-refundable. 5. You will have to keep your monthly fees up to date, otherwise your registration cannot be considered valid and will condition the scheduling of classes and access to the respective schedule. 6. Upon registration, the registration fee and the insurance payment are mandatory. 7. You are considered an inactive member after 18 days without payment of your monthly fee. Re-enrollment implies payment of the re-enrollment fee in force. 8. Whenever there is a change in values, the partner, in his next payment, must settle for the values in force. 9. Annually, the member is entitled to one month of suspension per calendar year without having to pay the re-enrollment. II. INTERNAL STANDARDS 1. Members will only be able to train at STHENOS.FIT Benfica facilities powered by: Calisthenia Portugal Fit if their monthly fee is up to date. 2. All classes included in the timetable have a current maximum limit of 24 places, above which 6 places are added to the waiting list. 3. Participation in an unmarked event is not allowed. 4. It is mandatory to use TOWEL, clothing and sports shoes suitable for exercising inside the gym, which, for reasons of hygiene, must be worn in the gym. 5. It is mandatory to hand in the material that you took from the reception. 6. Food is not allowed in the class areas (studio and main training areas). 7. The member is responsible for cleaning the material and equipment used after training, as well as its proper cleaning after use. 8. Box does not provide lockers. 9. Box is not responsible for any damage or theft of objects or values. 10. Any goods that are left in the box and found by an employee or a customer and delivered to reception will be kept at the gym, reverting to STHENOS.FIT Benfica within 6 months. 11. Any lack of respect towards the person responsible for the room or towards other users who are in it will not be admitted. 12. The material must be used rationally, allowing another user to use it during the rest period.

13. In the Initial Evaluation process, if the client misses the evaluation twice and only informs the employee responsible for the evaluation at short notice, they lose their right to the evaluation.

14. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

15. It is not allowed the use of video cameras, photographs, or recording equipment, without the prior authorization of the management. 16. All photographs or footage taken within the STHENOS.FIT Benfica space may be used for commercial and advertising purposes, unless a user does not wish to do so, provided that they inform in advance. 17. Non-members of the gym are not allowed to stay in the training rooms without the prior authorization of the person in charge present. 18. The person in charge of the room has full authority to repress and prevent any act of bad behavior, or inappropriate behavior, by any user, and may even prevent the continuation of training and their stay in the gym. 19. The management is not responsible for any accident or injury acquired during training, when the methodology is not known or approved by the technician responsible for the room. The athlete is not prevented from training with training plans made by him or not, provided that the technical director has prior knowledge of the respective plans and that he does not condition a class vacancy, but the OPENBOX service marked by the Regybox app. 20. Minors between the ages of 12 (twelve) and 16 (sixteen) years old are allowed to attend group classes, with the parent`s signature of a disclaimer at the time of registration.

21. Entry is prohibited to anyone who is notoriously intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics 22. The opening hours of the box are defined by the management and can be changed with prior information. 23. In case of internal training, the gym will be closed, with prior notice to members who do not participate in them, without any type of compensation. 24. Group classes and instructors are subject to change without notice. 25. The freezing of the monthly fee due to illness/injury, upon medical certificate, takes effect from the moment it is presented. 26. The non-compliance with the previous articles by any user, may imply their access or stay in the premises (article 15th decree law nº385/99). 27. Access to the gym is subject to the method of membership and use chosen by the customer. 28. Customers are not allowed to be accompanied by guests, including third parties, to support the practice of physical exercise in the box, unless previously authorized in writing by STHENOS.FIT Benfica. 29. It is up to customers to ensure, prior to each use of the facilities, equipment or services of the box, as to the inexistence of any contraindications for the practice of physical activity and sports, and must obtain prior advice from their attending physician. 30. Customers must follow the instructions of STHENOS.FIT Benfica employees and obtain advice from them before using any equipment in the box, whenever they do not know how it works, unless they are accompanied by a personal trainer duly accredited by STHENOS.FIT Benfica. 31. The practice room closes thirty minutes after the end of the last class. 32. During group classes, the space is reserved for them, with an option in most classes of the OPEN BOX service currently limited to 2 pax. Members enrolled in OPENBOX are subject to the material available that is not in use by members enrolled in class. 33. Any client who trains in Open Box during class hours can train freely as long as it does not interfere with the class logistics (space and material used). 34. Payments must always be made until the 8th of each month, in this sense a week of tolerance is applied that allows the scheduling of training within the regime of the same pack. If the athlete schedules training sessions that week without the intention of renewing the monthly fee, they will be charged later for the amount of ?10 (cost of a single training session). 35. There are two methods of payment: via direct debit, by completing the appropriate documentation at reception or in cash at the counter. 36. The provisions of the Regulation enter into force on the day following its posting in the gymnasium, in force for an indefinite period. 38. STHENOS.FIT Benfica reserves the right to change, at any time and without prior notice, the Internal Regulations, with the changes taking effect from the day following the posting of the new Regulations in the gym. regular reading.
