INTERNAL REGULATIONS
CROSSFIT ALGÉS
I – FACILITIES
Article 1 – General Definitions
The facilities are located at Av. Bombeiros Voluntários de Algés 38D, in Algés, and include:
- Training Area
- Locker Rooms
- Reception and Shop
Management is composed as defined in Article 2 and is responsible for all final decisions regarding CrossFit Algés.
Sports Management:

Trainers:
Certified professionals responsible for conducting and supervising training sessions, with additional tasks defined internally.
Receptionists:
Responsible for welcoming and assisting customers, with other tasks defined internally.
Clients:
Clients of CrossFit Algés are considered all individuals with an active annual insurance and a valid and regularly paid monthly plan or lesson pack.
Article 2 – Management
According to the Code of the Permanent Certificate, management is composed of:

II – GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 3 – Medical Certificate
Admission and participation at CrossFit Algés comply with the Physical Activity and Sports Law (Law no. 5/2007, of January 16). Thus, presenting a medical certificate is not mandatory for admission, but it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have no contraindications for participating in the activities.
Article 4 – Operating Hours
Hybrid Lisboa operates with the following schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 06:00h - 21:00h
- Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: 08:00h - 13:00h
Operating hours may change depending on operational needs. Updates can be found in the "Classes/Activities" section on the official website "www.crossfitalges.com" or the Regibox app, updated weekly.
III - REGISTRATIONS
Article 5 – Registration
All citizens, both national and foreign, may enroll in CrossFit Algés activities starting at the age of 18. Minors aged 12 and above may enroll with written authorization from their legal guardians.
To complete the registration, the following documents are required:
- Citizen Card
- IBAN or NIB (for direct debit payments)
- Annual insurance (mandatory and updated yearly)
A direct debit activation fee may be applied.
Registrations may be denied in exceptional cases, such as maximum space capacity.
IV - PAYMENTS, FEES, LESSON PACKS, ACCESS, SERVICES, AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Article 6 – Payments, Monthly Fees, Lesson Packs, and Class Access
- Monthly Fees and Lesson Packs
Monthly fees and lesson packs have no mandatory renewals and are subject to annual updates.
Clients may only book classes if their annual insurance and monthly fee or lesson pack are up-to-date.
- Class Booking and Cancellation.
- Mandatory Booking: All classes must be booked in advance.
- Cancellation: Classes can be canceled up to 30 minutes before their scheduled start time.
- Penalty: Clients who miss a class without prior cancellation will be penalized with 3 days of restricted bookings, during which they can only book classes up to 3 hours before their start time.
- Booking Procedures: Classes can be booked up to the last minute before their start time.

- Waiting List: In case of absence or a delay of at least 10 minutes, the slot may be offered to clients on the waiting list.The waiting list operates on a first-come, first-served basis or expressed interest in fully booked classes through the above-listed channels.
Article 7 – Payment Methods
Upon registration, the first month’s fee or the total cost of the lesson pack, along with a €25 registration fee, must be paid.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Direct debit
- Debit or credit card
- Bank transfer reference
- Cash
When choosing direct debit, the first month and the registration fee must be paid at the reception. Subsequent monthly fees will be charged automatically.
Additional payment methods may be introduced as needed.
Article 8 – Payment Interruptions
Canceling direct debit payments is the client’s responsibility and must be done directly through their bank. CrossFit Algés is not responsible for canceling or refunding unused monthly fees.
Monthly fees paid, in full or partially, are non-refundable in cases of withdrawal.
Canceling direct debit payments does not require prior notice and is the sole condition for non-renewal of the monthly fee.
Refunds for previously charged fees will only be issued as per applicable law.
Non-payment of any service results in the immediate suspension of booking rights.
Article 9 – Services
All plans include access to the training area and locker rooms, with optional shower use.
Article 10 – Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for belongings left in the locker room or other areas.
Items found by staff will be stored in a lost-and-found box accessible to all. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity monthly.
Management and staff are not responsible for the loss or misplacement of items in the lost-and-found box.
VI - COMPLAINTS
All clients have the right to file complaints about the facilities. A complaints book is available for this purpose.
All complaints must be duly identified.
For faster resolution, clients are encouraged to first contact the reception or management.
VII - FINAL PROVISIONS
These regulations take effect upon approval. The management may amend the regulations as necessary to improve conditions.
VIII - MISSING CASES
Situations not covered in these regulations will be reviewed by CrossFit Algés management.
